As a member of an architectural design team, Abel Consulting provides all required drawings and documentation for each design phase, including accurate project budgets during schematic design.  We help manage the clients needs and expectations in a way that not only compliments the overall project vision and budget requirements, but also satisfies the clients goals.

Complete specification package and project bidding generally yields higher consulting fees in comparison with a design and build project. However, in situations where corporate or government policy demands that a project be bid out, these higher fees will insure a 'bullet proof' specification and bid process stewardship that only 25 years experience on both sides of the AV design/installation fence can afford. These added fees are often more than recovered through the lower contractor costs that the bid process produces.
